They are rated 5 for timeliness, professionalism, problem resolution and coverage. They were quick to diagnose the problem with our furnace and immediately followed up concerning the shipment of the item--even going so far as to call on a Sunday. They stayed diligent in tracking, picking up and delivery. The installation was smooth and professional. If this company is not at the top of the list when assigning service calls, they should be. They were AWESOME.
